On the verge of the new decade, we would like to make a brief flashback and report on what VENLYS has achieved all these years. We are a company focusing on the human element (in shipping) in relation always to marine safety, ship and company efficiency and productivity. To date, we have already been working with major companies (among other topics) with Resilience and Well-being, Safety Leadership & Communication, Safety Culture Assessment, Chronic Unease, Non-Technical Skills, Crew Assessment, and the development of relevant tools; original and high-quality services long offered by VENLYS.
